We’re looking for a motivated and commercially savvy graduate to join our growing carbon insetting trading business. Based in Amstelveen, you’ll help accelerate the decarbonization of aviation by selling emission reduction claims associated with the use of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). If you're eager to work in a fast-moving, purpose-driven environment where climate impact and commercial success go hand in hand, we’d love to hear from you.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Generate leads and build relationships with key players in aviation, logistics, and supply chains.
• Sell SAF-linked CO₂ reduction units to corporates and transport operators using mass balance and book-and-claim methodology.
• Support carbon insetting transactions, helping clients understand the value and impact of their SAF claims.
• Prepare and deliver client pitches, proposals, and onboarding materials in Dutch and English.
• Track sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform strategy and product development.
• Collaborate with our operations, technology and broader commercial teams to ensure a seamless and credible client journey.

👤 Who You Are

• A recent graduate (HBO / Hogeschool or University) in Commercial Economics, International Business, Communications, Sustainability, or related field.
• Passionate about climate solutions, sustainability, or the logistics sector.
• Commercially minded with excellent communication skills – both spoken and written (Dutch & English).
• Comfortable with numbers and eager to learn about carbon methodology, SAF, and insetting mechanisms.
• Proactive, curious, and ready to take ownership of your growth and performance.
