Job description
Are you a seasoned PM passionate about boosting a product’s presence in a wider software ecosystem? We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead and expand complex integrations with strategic partners, enabling cutting-edge automation and data sharing for our AI-powered recruitment technology platform.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Strategy & Roadmap
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for product integrations, aligning with business objectives and market needs.
- Identify and prioritize key integration partners and opportunities.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for integration success.
Product Design & Development
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement seamless and robust integrations.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to enhance integration features and functionality.
- Manage the product lifecycle for integrations, from concept to launch and beyond.
Cross-team collaboration
- Work closely with senior leadership, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure cohesive product strategy and execution.
- Work closely in delivery of new integrations with the customer success, implementation and delivery teams to make sure implementation plans are met.
- Engage with strategic partners to define integration requirements and manage relationships.
- Communicate integration updates and roadmaps to both internal and external stakeholders.
Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive landscape in integration technologies.
- Analyze customer needs and market requirements to inform product decisions.
- Ensure Carv's integration capabilities remain competitive and innovative.

Job requirements
Product Management Experience
- 10+ years of product management experience with a focus on integrations or platform products.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex integrations.
Technical Understanding
- Solid understanding of API technologies, data structures, and system integrations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strategic Thinking
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills with the ability to define and execute product roadmaps.
- Ability to analyze market data and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
Communication & Collaboration
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
Industry Knowledge
- Familiarity with the recruitment technology industry or SaaS platforms is a plus.
- Understanding of AI-driven applications and their integration potential.
Problem-Solving Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
