As our Manager Financial Control, you will be responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting for Norway, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Benelux, the UK, and Ireland. You will also plan and lead the preparation of the statutory financial statements for these countries, leading the statutory audits from an ASICS perspective and ensuring the timely finalisation of the audits within statutory deadlines.

How you’ll help us.

Based at our EMEA Headquarters, just outside of Amsterdam, Netherlands, you will be reporting to the Head of Group Financial Control and as part of the role, you’ll:

• Oversee that the month, quarter and year-end closing activities are performed on time and of good quality.
• Lead the external audit processes from planning to the execution and evaluation stage.
• Act as a business partner and build strong professional relationships with other departments.
• Engage team members; coach and motivate employees to grow and continuously improve processes to work more efficiently and effectively.
• Identify and implement process improvements to ensure an effective and efficient working method.

More about you.

• Qualification preferably in the Finance/Accounting area.
• Strong financial accounting background.
• Six years of experience.
• Experience in preparing statutory financial statements.
