We are looking for a talented Media Analyst that has affinity with media, data, and Fashion. As a senior media analyst, you will provide in-depth media analysis reports and automated dashboards to support both the Marketing & E-commerce Media team. The insights are used to improve the effectiveness of the campaigns (including long-term brand building and short-term commercial targets) and to gain knowledge about trends and the quality of our media buying. We are looking for someone with exceptional communications skills and strong analytical abilities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage complex quantitative and qualitative media analysis projects to provide the teams with high-level insights and reporting on their (full-funnel) media performance. Both on- and offline.
  • Analyse and interpret mainstream, social media, and market research data sets to provide meaningful insights and trends.
  • Develop KPI frameworks and digital analytics tagging recommendations to support the collection of the data needed for KPI reporting.
  • Monitor day-to-day campaign performance and maintain an in-depth understanding of our overall business and marketing objectives.
  • Analyze large data sets to uncover trends and areas for campaign optimization.
  • Set up measurement frameworks to measure and prove incremental value created from marketing activities (attributed).
  • Build automated reports to track campaign (full funnel) performance and reflect on the progress towards objectives.
  • Take part in our Media Mix Modeling projects.

Requirements

  • Exhibit strong analytic, technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with business intelligence software like PowerBI, Looker, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Ability to get the right data out of SAP, DSPs, Google Analytics, social platforms, or other 3rd party media vendors.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Technical and data manipulation experience with Excel.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
  • Project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate results of complex analytic findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

It is a bonus if you have:

  • Experience in using Python.
  • Familiarity with databases/data warehouses/data lakes and APIs.
  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques.
