Our Technology team specializes in solving complex technical challenges, particularly in the area of back-end development. This role focuses on developing and sharing new technologies. You might be working on Kubernetes, improving database scalability, setting up a new data center, or giving Tech Talks to other teams.

In this role, you will:

• Have a strong interest in working on infrastructure projects;

• Be eager to learn and explore new technologies;

• Be the go-to expert in software architecture;

• Enjoy coming up with new ideas and putting them into practice;

• Share your knowledge with the rest of Realworks.

Your team:
You’ll be part of an agile team alongside three Senior Architects. You take initiative, collaborate with stakeholders, and enjoy coaching others. We’re looking for someone who works independently and is excited to help shape the future of our tech landscape.

Job Requirements

We are looking for someone with the following:

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline;
• Experience with Linux;
• Knowledge of Java frameworks like Spring Boot;
• Experience with Scrum and Agile;
• Good knowledge of the English language and eagerness to learn Dutch.

It’s nice to have the following:

• Experience with Kubernetes;
• Experience with front-end technologies like JavaScript & React.
