Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and develop scientific insights into the principles of color and colorimetry.
  • Design, execute, and present independent project(s) aligned with organizational goals.
  • Apply and validate theoretical models through practical experimentation and real-world examples.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to ongoing color-related projects and initiatives.

What do you need to have to be successful in this internship?

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Environmental Studies.
  • Strong communication skills with a good command of English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn about coatings, colorimetry, and related scientific concepts.
  • Proactive team player with a results-driven mindset and strong problem-solving abilities, both independently and in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Open-minded and inquisitive, with the confidence to ask questions and constructively challenge existing methods.
  • Preferred: Background or experience in information technology, including databases, software development, programming, or testing.
  • Availability for an internship lasting between 6 and 12 months.
