Ben jij gefascineerd door kleuren en wil je jouw talent inzetten in een innovatieve en dynamische omgeving? Als Junior Color Specialist bij AkzoNobel in Sassenheim krijg je de kans om je te ontwikkelen binnen het vakgebied van kleurontwikkeling. Je leert eerst hoe je solide kleuren ontwikkelt en groeit daarna door naar het ontwikkelen van effectkleuren. Daarnaast werk je samen met diverse R&D-teams en zorg je ervoor dat klanten de beste kleurervaring krijgen. Klinkt dit als jouw ideale uitdaging? Lees dan verder!

Verantwoordelijkheden:

• Ontwikkelen van solide kleuren binnen het ASC color support team in Sassenheim.
• Werken met alle relevante kleursoftwaretools en zorgen voor de juiste kalibratie en bediening.
• Zelfstandig kleuren goedkeuren op het eigen niveau en overleg voeren bij twijfelgevallen.
• Volgen van vastgestelde processen en richtlijnen voor formuleontwikkeling.
• Op de hoogte blijven van MM pigmentinformatie en trends in kleurontwikkeling.
• Samenwerken met andere R&D-teams om tot de beste klantgerichte oplossingen te komen.
• Werken volgens 5S, BBS en veiligheidsrichtlijnen om een veilige werkomgeving te waarborgen.
• Bijdragen aan de continue verbetering en standaardisatie van kleurprocessen en data.

Functie eisen:

• Je hebt een goed oog voor detail en kan kleine kleurverschillen goed waarnemen.
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
• Proactieve en pragmatische instelling met een sterke drang naar eigenaarschap en verantwoordelijkheid.
• Flexibel en in staat om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken.
• Vermogen om snel te schakelen bij veranderende prioriteiten en deadlines.
• Goede computervaardigheden (MS Office, SAP, kleursoftware).
• Naleving van alle veiligheids-, gezondheids- en milieuvoorschriften.
