Senior Communication Manager

You will be responsible for the strategical and tactical development and implementation of Neways’ communication strategy. In this role you will play a crucial role in further strengthening Neways’ positioning and reputation in our core markets in Europe, Asia, and the US. You will be joining our enthusiastic communications team, reporting to the Head of Strategy & Communications.

You can drive and bolster our presence in the market through effective communication. You connect with individuals both within and outside of Neways to achieve our objectives.

This is what you bring to the team

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Communication;
• 10+ years of work experience in a similar function in a technical B2B environment;
• Passionate about the art of communications and its impact for an organization;
• Ability to deal with hectic situations and demonstrate effective oversight with a hands-on mentality;
• Operate independently and like to take initiative with a clear end-goal in mind;
• Strong in both written and verbal communication in Dutch and English.

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Strategically and tactically setting up and developing communications as a central function;
• Focus on marketing communications including corporate storytelling connecting internal and external communications;
• Leading and driving communications plan and its priorities to success.
