Change Coordinator Test & Deployment

Are you passionate about orchestrating seamless test and deployment processes? As a Test & Deployment Change Coordinator, you’ll take the lead in planning, coordinating, and optimizing release workflows to ensure smooth transitions from testing to production. Your position

As a Test & Deployment Change Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing end-to-end change processes, ensuring alignment with service contracts and ITIL best practices. You’ll oversee deployment planning and execution across in-house test environments and client production systems, proactively identifying potential delays and implementing mitigation strategies. Your detail-oriented mindset and structured approach will help streamline deployment workflows and enhance client satisfaction.

As part of our Global Service Desk organization, you’ll work closely with experienced colleagues, ensuring smooth execution of change activities across multiple sites. You reporting to the Test & Deployment Manager.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain deployment documentation for production releases.
  • Create and manage Jira change requests for the Test & Deployment team.
  • Assess testing results and make Go/No-Go deployment decisions.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure continuous improvement in CI/CD processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance deployment efficiency.
  • Document and maintain standardized procedures for change and deployment management.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to assess process risks and communicate release activities to key stakeholders (ITSDM, site teams, Test & Deployment team, management, and service desk).
  • Ensure compliance with end-to-end change management processes for all planned production releases.

What are we looking for in you?

A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least 3 years of experience in change, release, or deployment management.

  • A solid understanding of ITIL processes, particularly Change Management and Release & Deployment Management, with proven experience in executing these frameworks.
  • Proficiency in tools such as DOS Maximo, ServiceNow, Jira, and MS Project.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, always looking for ways to refine and optimize processes.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in deployment coordination.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple releases effectively.
  • A results-driven attitude, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills enabling effective collaboration across teams. Dutch is a strong plus.

This position offers a competitive salary range of €4635,- to € 5505,- gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance).
