We are seeking a brilliant Business Developer with a strong sales focus to drive the expansion of our SIS portfolio. This role is perfect for a dynamic, tech-savvy professional who can transform client needs into scalable, technology-driven consulting solutions. Fluency in Italian is required, and the position can be based anywhere in Europe, with a preference for candidates located in Italy.

Tasks & Responsibilities

As our Business Developer for SIS, you will spearhead the identification and acquisition of high-value clients in corporate innovation and technology-driven industries. You will leverage digital tools and AI-powered insights to present our market research, technology intelligence, stakeholder analysis, and open innovation scouting services. Your goal is to build lasting partnerships by effectively communicating our value propositions and converting leads into contracts.

About you

  • 6-10+ years of experience in business development, ideally in technology intelligence, market research, or innovation consulting.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, with experience securing contracts and driving revenue growth.
  • In-depth understanding of digital consulting tools (e.g., AI-powered insights, predictive analytics, and automation platforms) in a Consultant 3.0 environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with comfort in engaging decision-makers and executives.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive, with a knack for converting insights into tangible business opportunities.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
