Transaction Management (TM) Model Management is a new team in TM Control Standards. The scope of the TM function has become global. The team is a result of merging the Model Management teams of Retail NL and W&R. This also applies to the Model Functionalities, which has become a new function within Model Management. To support the team’s deliverables, the Model Functionalities team is seeking a Forecast & Capacity Manager Transaction Monitoring to develop and manage forecasting and capacity models for transaction monitoring.

You and the job profile

We are seeking a Forecast & Capacity Manager. In the role of Forecast and Capacity Manager, you are responsible for predicting and advising on the development of the workload and the required staffing within TM. You oversee the entire field, are aware of internal developments that impact TM and know how to translate these into a high-quality production and capacity forecast. This comes together in a forecast on the development of the workload.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and manage capacity models for transaction monitoring.
• Calculate the impact of changes on operational goals.
• Forecast alert development and advise on required staffing levels.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data and assumptions for transaction monitoring.
• Convert data and assumptions into relevant, easily consumable information.
• Monitor and analyze trends to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure forecasts align with business needs and regulatory requirements.
• Continuously refine forecasting models to adapt to changing patterns and regulatory landscapes.
• Assess and optimize workforce capacity to meet demands.
• Develop strategies to manage workload distribution and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Identify capacity constraints and propose solutions to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure capacity plans are aligned with operational goals.

You have/You are

• Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Forecast & Capacity Management.
• A lean and agile mindset, always seeking continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in creating and managing forecasts.
• Proficiency in creating and managing capacity plans.
• Strong analytical abilities and the ability to see connections.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills.
• Stress-resistant and able to work in a structured, plan-based manner.
• Pragmatic problem-solving within set frameworks.
• Proactive and accurate.
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
• Above all, you have a positive presence and are ready to make a difference.
