About the role:

Leads the thought process and implementation of global revenue growth optimization projects that are key for our portfolio optimization. The role works closely with colleagues across the globe to deep dive into the local pricing dynamics and to drive necessary action.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Analyzes economic, management and other organizational data to quantify the (competitive/financial) performance of business segments, evaluates potential operational changes
  • Supports management decisions around pricing and promotions and the design of new approaches and methodologies.
  • Coordinates the application of statistical, mathematical, predictive modeling and business analysis skills to manage and manipulate complex high-volume data from a variety of sources
  • Setting up and running insightful periodic reports on the pricing performance of different portions of the organization including tracking of price and promo initiatives and ROI measurement
  • Leveraging innovative methods to identify and propagate pricing opportunities targeted at margin enhancement.
  • Supports commercial organization on time and with the right quality key commercial analytics tools i.e. Pricing model, Price Volume Mix Cost modelling, line chart etc.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve pricing performance and guide strategic decisions
  • Present data in a visually compelling manner using charts, graphs, and dashboards to make complex information easily understandable

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • Strong visualization and storytelling skills
  • Analytic and strategic thinking skills, with ability to digest complex information and make data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of and experience with statistics, databases, economics principles, yield management concepts and tools, reporting and BI solutions
  • Knowledge of RGM techniques coupled with advanced proficiency with business modelling in excel
