Are you ready to take HR at Lely to the next level? As HR Manager, you will lead the HR Business Partner team (3 FTE) and act as a strategic HR Business Partner for one of our management teams. You’ll be part of the HR Management Team (HRMT) and collaborate closely with colleagues from Talent Acquisition, the Lely Academy, and HR Project Management. Together, we drive the ongoing professionalisation of HR in a fast-growing international organisation.

Your key responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to the HR Business Partner team.
• Translate the HR vision into concrete strategies and initiatives across the business.
• Act as strategic HR Business Partner for one of Lely’s management teams.
• Further professionalise and position HR within the broader organisation.
• Contribute to group-level HR policy as a member of the HR Management Team.
• Act as a connector between HR and key internal stakeholders.
• Drive the development program agenda, including topics such as the 9-grid, succession planning and the manager journey.

Wat is jouw ervaring?

You bring broad experience as an HR Business Partner in a matrixed or complex organisation, and are skilled in engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders. You have a clear and compelling vision of HR, which you can translate into both strategy and execution. Analytical by nature, you never lose sight of the human aspect. Your approachable and warm personality allows you to easily navigate a dynamic environment with various interests.

In addition, you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (HBO+ level).
• Management experience, or several years in a senior HR role.
• Strong strategic thinking skills combined with a hands-on mentality.
• Experience in change management and organisational development.
• A clear vision on HR development and its role as a business partner.
• Experience in or affinity with an international organisation.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
