Our headquarters are centrally located in Amsterdam and we are expanding in Europe. Together with our units in Budapest, Munich, and Belgrad, you will meet a savvy and sociable team of 40+ colleagues.

The role

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you shape the growth of our B2B business and help to market SimpledCard as a strong brand for our target audience (ICP). You are responsible for delivering campaigns & qualified leads and setting our experimentation agenda.

What you will do:

• Scale our performance campaigns (SEA, social, email, display), including roll-out to new channels and European geographies;
• Work closely with our Content marketer to monitor KPIs, improve cost of acquisition & further drive marketing automation;
• Coach a cross-functional team (including content marketing, visual design, copywriters, local sales team) in driving experiments for conversion optimization;
• You stand for crisp and clear Call to Actions in all our assets; you provide input for the creative briefings and collaborate to ensure campaigns are launched on-time and in full.

Your profile

• You are inventive, test and learn fast, dare to make mistakes and challenge others;
• Comprehensive knowledge of SaaS channels and performance tools, including paid social, Adwords, display/retargeting platforms, Google Analytics, Semrush;
• Solid project management skills and early business management experience;
• You speak English fluently, ideally you are native in Dutch or German;
• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, e.g., in marketing or business;
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
