Introduction
At ASML, requirements constantly evolve to improve the performance of ASML lithography tools with respect to nanometer accuracy as well as throughput (wafers per hour). This results in more complex designs and pushing the system to its limits. Sophisticated cooling water circuits are present in many sub-systems of ASML machines.
Your Assignment
Due to the large number of manifolds, tubes and connections, water leakages sometimes may occur, causing costly down-time of machines. Detecting potential water leakages is therefore of great importance. Your task is to study and create neural networks to detect potential risk of water leakages from machine data. You will be part of the Machine Conditioning (MC) cluster, in the group of Thermal Architecture. The roadmap for this assignment is as follows:
This is a Master apprentice internship for around 6 months, minimum 4 days per week (3 days onsite). The start date of this internship is as soon as possible or at the latest around September - October.
