With Supply Chain you are at the core of our operations. Simplicity and innovation come together to shape the future of our brand through smart solutions.

Share your talents

As a Senior E-Commerce Forecasting Analyst, you play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our direct-to-consumer operations. Your mission is to define, plan, and continuously improve our B2C fulfillment forecast across more than 33 countries, ensuring that every customer receives their order on time, whether it’s placed via our website, consumer app, or through marketplaces. You will be the key link between our digital teams and operational execution, enabling seamless delivery experiences through accurate forecasting and data-driven insights.

In this role, you’ll work closely with Digital Teams, Supply Planning, Logistics, Analytics, and Customer Relations to anticipate consumer demand, being the vital factor during key promotional periods like new launches, Easter, or Christmas. By building a robust and automated forecasting process, you free up space to focus on deep data analysis, uncovering patterns in consumer behavior that can further sharpen our forecasts and improve service levels. You will also take ownership of reporting and performance tracking, analyzing KPIs such as OTIF (on-time in-full) and forecast accuracy, and leading corrective action planning when needed.

You are the primary point of contact for all forecasting-related matters within the eCom landscape. Your analytical mindset and strong understanding of digital commerce dynamics—ranging from online marketing strategies to logistical constraints—allow you to bridge the gap between demand generation and fulfillment execution. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you will help optimize warehouse operations, minimize idle time, and contribute to a seamless end-to-end customer journey.

Your influence extends beyond operational excellence. You will actively participate in product launches, promotional event planning, and innovation processes, providing valuable input on what is needed from a B2C fulfillment perspective to make every initiative a success. At the same time, you’ll manage key stakeholder relationships across the organization, ensuring alignment between digital and logistics teams while driving strategic changes that enhance forecast reliability and customer satisfaction.

This is a role where curiosity meets impact. By transforming data into action and aligning cross-functional teams around a shared forecast vision, you will help shape a customer experience that’s fast, reliable, and built for the digital age.

Bring all of you

To thrive in this role, you’ll need a unique mix of analytical strength, digital understanding, and people-savvy communication. You’re someone who enjoys turning complexity into clarity, who feels at home in both data and stakeholder meetings, and who’s not afraid to take the lead in a fast-paced, digitally driven environment.

We’re looking for someone who brings the following to the table:

  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to manage and align diverse stakeholders
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to define and support a consumer service strategy in close collaboration with business and logistics teams
  • At least 3 years of experience in Operational Planning, Demand Planning, or Supply Planning
  • A solid understanding of (digital) fulfillment flows and the commercial dynamics behind them
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and data management platforms
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and ideally hands-on knowledge of SQL
  • Ability to independently build dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI
  • Fluency in business English; Dutch language skills are a plus
