About the Role:

We are seeking a commercially minded Digital Business Analyst with a strong understanding of e-commerce and SAP Commerce Cloud operations to help scale and optimize our global web-store presence.

You will play a crucial role in enhancing and expanding our direct-to-consumer e-commerce platform, driving data-driven decisions, and facilitating seamless integration with internal systems and business functions in a fast-paced, global environment.

The impact you’ll make:

Performance Analysis & Insight Generation

  • Analyze SAP Commerce Cloud performance data to uncover actionable insights across sales, inventory, product availability, pricing, and customer behavior trends, guiding decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track KPIs (e.g., order fulfillment rates, cart abandonment, conversion rates) and support timely, informed decision-making.

Platform & Integration Oversight

  • Translate business needs and web store requirements into clear, actionable briefs for product and technical teams, overseeing ticket creation, refinement, and solution design.
  • Collaborate with e-commerce teams and technical stakeholders to monitor platform performance, ensuring business objectives are met and operational bottlenecks are minimized.
  • Manage product configuration, catalog integration, and attribute mapping within SAP Commerce Cloud.
  • Support endpoint testing using tools such as Postman or Swagger.

Process & Optimization Leadership

  • Lead initiatives to improve process efficiency, enhance automation, and drive cost-saving opportunities across e-commerce operations.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, operations, logistics, finance) and external partners to align priorities and ensure smooth execution.
  • Provide regional insights into consumer behavior and market trends, helping shape geography-specific strategies.

Success Metrics

  • E-Commerce Performance: Product activation, conversion rate, and performance across Owned.com.
  • Operational Efficiency: Reduction in manual effort through automation and faster issue resolution (e.g., touchless order ratio).
  • Analytical Impact: Delivery of actionable insights that drive key business decisions, adoption of reporting tools, and measurable improvements in operational performance.
  • Execution Excellence: Timely delivery of business requirements, with effective cross-functional collaboration and quality testing.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital operations, subject-matter expert, or business analyst roles, ideally with experience in SAP Commerce Cloud / Hybris or similar platforms (e.g., Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify).
  • Strong commercial acumen and a knack for identifying patterns in data that drive business value.
  • Familiarity with modern e-commerce tech stacks, API integrations, and light testing tools such as Postman or Swagger.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complexity, influencing stakeholders, and acting as a bridge between business and tech.
  • Confidence using analytics tools and translating data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.

What we’ll give you in return:

  • Internationally competitive base salary | benchmarked against global industry and market leaders
  • Performance-based Annual Incentive Program | rewarding those who dare and achieve more
