Join Our Team as a Lead or Senior Content Producer

We’re looking for a Lead or Senior Content Producer to join our team at an exciting point of growth. You’ll help lead the end-to-end content production process across digital channels—while playing a foundational role in building and evolving our internal content studio.

This isn’t just a delivery role—it’s a strategic leadership opportunity. You’ll shape how we produce, automate, measure, and scale content across full customer journeys. From editorial storytelling to personalized digital assets, you’ll help bring content and data together in ways that are efficient, impactful, and future-ready.

Your role

As our Lead/Senior Content Producer, you’ll work across multidisciplinary teams to create scalable, high-performing content systems. You’ll collaborate with strategists, creatives, and developers to deliver content that’s smart, modular, and connected—from concept to conversion.

You’ll also contribute to evolving our internal content studio into a tech-enabled, data-driven operation that supports rapid production, personalization, and continuous optimization—empowered by automation, AI, and a clear measurement framework.

What you’ll do

  • Lead full-cycle content production across digital products, platforms, and campaigns—from strategy and creative briefing to final delivery.
  • Partner with strategists and data teams to define content KPIs, personalization strategies, and measurement plans aligned with client goals.
  • Help establish smart content systems—copy systems, design systems, templates, and modular asset libraries—that allow for flexibility, consistency, and speed.
  • Design and optimize workflows for multi-market and multi-channel content creation, localization, and delivery.
  • Implement automation and AI-driven tooling to streamline production, versioning, and content personalization across channels.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to interpret content performance data, identify areas for testing and iteration, and drive optimization.
  • Foster a culture of data-informed creativity, where editorial intuition and performance insights work hand-in-hand.
  • Guide and mentor internal teams while contributing to the foundational structure and vision of our content studio.
  • Ensure quality control and governance in high-velocity environments through structured feedback loops and production ops.
  • Shape our content ops offering—ensuring seamless delivery across teams, timelines, and time zones.

What we need

  • 6–10 years’ experience in content production or content operations within a digital, creative, or product-focused environment.
  • Strong track record of leading complex content initiatives—from brand campaigns to performance-focused CRM or platform content.
  • Experience integrating content strategy with data insights, measurement, and testing—comfortable working with KPIs, dashboards, and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of content automation tools, smart agents, or AI-assisted content workflows.
  • Experience designing and working with personalized content systems across segments, journeys, and customer touchpoints.
  • Strong understanding of the content lifecycle: strategy → creation → versioning → localization → delivery → performance analysis.
  • Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams including writers, designers, editors, strategists, and developers.
  • Familiarity with content delivery across multiple formats: social, CRM, digital platforms, always-on content, campaign assets.
  • Strong working knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, DAM/CMS platforms, and content collaboration environments.
  • Experience with agile, iterative, and hybrid workflows.

Bonus

  • Experience working with data maturity models and evolving clients’ content capabilities based on insights.
  • Understanding of MACH or composable architecture and how it intersects with scalable content systems.
