We're looking for a Partner Manager to join us on our mission

As a Partner Manager at Teamleader, you'll drive growth by building strong relationships with our channel partners and resellers. Your focus will be on:

  • Identifying and onboarding new channel partners.
  • Creating and nurturing a thriving partner community.
  • Defining and executing channel marketing plans with the marketing team.
  • Tracking sales and customer success KPIs, reporting monthly.
  • Driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
  • Representing Teamleader at industry trade shows.
  • Organizing events, webinars, and masterclasses to empower partners.
  • Positioning Teamleader as a thought leader in the partner ecosystem.
  • Managing relationships with ICT distributors.

Job Requirements

You’d be a great fit for this role, if you:

  • Have a data-driven mindset and can analyze KPIs to assess partner performance.
  • Bring experience in channel sales within a SaaS environment.
  • Excel at relationship-building and have a strong industry network.
  • Are entrepreneurial, proactive, and eager to drive channel growth.
  • Have a solid understanding of sales processes and go-to-market strategies.
  • Possess strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can multitask effectively.
  • Speak Dutch natively and are fluent in English.

Bonus points if you have professional sales training or broad exposure to tech in a distributed environment!
