RoomPlaza is looking for Area Managers for these Dutch cities: Groningen, Leeuwarden, Twente, Wageningen, Arnhem, Nijmegen, Utrecht, Leiden, Haarlem, Den Haag, Tilburg, Breda, Eindhoven, Maastricht.

Your Tasks

1. In his/her assigned area, in close coordination with Board of Directors (BoD) in its broadest sense responsible for all acquisition of prospect tenants & properties of landlords/owners: marketing, communication, appointments, proposals, submitting of rent contracts.
2. Specifically vis a vis landlords: enquiry, canvassing, communication, negotiation with the aim to acquire apartments, studios, and other types of accommodation.
3. Specifically vis a vis prospect-tenants: communication, contract proposal, viewings and contract signing with tenants, subsequently Check-In & Check-Out inspections.
4. Planning of tenants and vacancies, through 13-month Rolling Tenant Forecast (RTF) & maintenance of tenants database.
5. Planning & management of RoomPlaza Host Service.
6. Planning & management of RoomPlaza Service & Maintenance Contractor.
7. Generation & maintenance of Social Media & support to RoomPlaza website.
8. Grooming & appointing RoomPlaza-Ambassadors and subsequent active maintenance & rewarding.

Your Profile

• You have at least a bachelor degree.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset.
• You can communicate in English fluently.
• You know your city well and have a big network.
• You have expertise in speaking over the phone and are able to communicate well.
• You are well-organized and enjoy working as a part of a team.
• You are proficient with MS Office (especially Word and Excel).
