We love denim. Live and breathe it. It’s in our DNA. At G-STAR, we see no limit to what denim can do. We believe it can be a force of progress and innovation for both people and planet. How? By hiring the most creative, curious, and caring minds. People who think beyond fashion. Bringing big ideas to big challenges. Driven by possibility. Those who work hard, make mistakes, but always continue to grow. Denim is in our DNA, our people are our stitching. Join the denim heads making raw denim!

We are committed to creating an inclusive environment and welcome applications from all qualified candidates, regardless of background, identity, or experience.

  • Support with fabric and garment risk assessments, this to prevent potential failures in production.
  • Assess fabric performance by handing out, evaluating & performing wear tests.
  • Support with pre-production approval stages, approvals & samples.
  • Support suppliers during pre-production/production.
  • Maintain the denim wash archive to control consistency throughout the production process & denim collection.
  • Support and investigate online and offline returns and work on corrective action plans.
  • Support with quality issues & investigations.
  • Support & monitor sustainability tasks.
  • Handle administrative tasks (reporting, report uploads etc.).

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Fashion? You live and breathe it.
  • You are an enthusiastic, out of the box thinker.
  • You have basic knowledge in MS office.
  • Basic knowledge in Adobe Illustrator is a plus!
  • You are well organized, versatile with a can-do attitude.
  • You are self-confident, proactive, with strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • You are available full-time (40hrs per week) for a period of 6 months starting in August / September 2025.
  • It is preferred that you are pursuing a Bachelor/Master in a Textile and Research. However, having other academic background is also fine if you are enthusiastic and eager to learn.
