Financial Administrator (Accounts Receivable)

Because we are growing rapidly, we are looking for administrative support for the Finance department. We are looking for an administrator in the finance department.

You enjoy performing the following tasks:

  • Processing bank statements (receipts);
  • Invoicing;
  • Debtor management;
  • Credit insurance;
  • Processing credit notes (after coordination with logistics/customer/account manager);
  • Various sales declarations (Royalties, CBS, environmental taxes/packaging, etc.);
  • ICL declaration;
  • Updating the sales forecast.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this position, you must be accurate and honest. You know how to keep an overview at all times, work virtually error-free and have strong numerical insight. You are an administrative talent and ready for a 2nd or 3rd step in your career.

We are also looking for a talent who:

  • Has at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience with ERP/accounting systems is an advantage (we work with Business Central).
  • Knows Microsoft Office, where good knowledge of Excel is a must.
  • Knowledge of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written.
