We are currently looking for a Business Manager to join the team in Delft.
At the High-Tech Consulting Division of S[&]T, we specialize in data-driven applications. As an innovation partner, we work closely with high-tech organizations on impactful projects, both on-site and internally at S[&]T. We understand the importance of building long-lasting collaborations with like-minded companies to achieve our goals and missions together.
Main responsibilities
As a Business Manager, you generate new business at our accounts and acquire new accounts. This concerns the generation of assignments for the S[&]T consultants at our accounts. You manage the complete sales cycle - from acquisition to order. You will be working alongside our Talent Acquisition Consultants and Resource Managers.
Your tasks will include and not be limited to:
- Generating new leads and placing consultants within the accounts following the set targets
- Maintaining and strengthening relationships with the primary objective of identifying and exploiting new opportunities, obtaining information on competitive behaviour and pricing policies, customer satisfaction and needs, market trends and developments
- Visiting network places (trade fairs, seminars, etc.) and (technical) partners
- Compiling quotations and contracts
- Conducts price/quality negotiations with (potential) customers
- Support during the interviewing of selected applicants/candidates for vacancies in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Consultants
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Level
- 3 years relevant experience with secondment services
- Affinity with or interest in high-tech applications
- Outstanding communication skills with a positive, eager and proactive mindset
- Able to concurrently work on multiple opportunities and continuously set priorities
- Solution-oriented & eager mentality
- Commercial-driven with strong negotiation skills
- Strong detail-orientation
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
