About the role

Embrace the opportunity to become Reckitt's Finance Manager - Treasury, where you'll contribute to shaping the financial operations within our dynamic international business environment. Your role is to be the cornerstone of our treasury initiatives, focusing on foreign exchange and cash management to foster the company's growth. This position goes beyond the numbers — it's about adding real value and bringing fresh perspectives to our diverse teams. Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:

  • Optimise transactional FX and manage local cash balances, aiming to minimise restricted cash throughout the group.
  • Work in tandem with our international entities, ensuring efficient cash flow and risk management while fulfilling financial obligations.
  • Lead key dealing activities including FX, money market transactions and derivatives.
  • Manage risks associated with commodity hedging and related financial instruments.
  • Develop reporting and analysis systems to generate valuable insights for business growth and cost management.

The experience we're looking for

  • Demonstrable experience in global cash management and FX hedging strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
  • Recognised accounting qualification is preferred, supporting a comprehensive understanding of Treasury's impact on financial health.
  • Ability to interpret market dynamics and make sound decisions swiftly.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including relaying complex financial concepts to non-finance professionals.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines with a keen eye for detail.
