Essential Home will be lean, agile and entrepreneurial – and the Global Media team will embody that philosophy. We will work closely with CGO, regions and IMEx to deliver media strategies that serve the business objectives and ambitions across all categories.

About the role

The Global Media Investment Analyst plays a pivotal role in optimizing our global media investments by providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations. This role ensures that our company achieves the highest returns on media spend while aligning with business objectives across key markets and brands.

Reporting to the Global Media & Transformation Director, you will be responsible for analyzing media performance, identifying trends, and uncovering opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. By collaborating with regional teams, IMEx and external partners, you will drive transparency, accountability, and value from our media investments.

This role requires a strong understanding of online and offline channels, media trends and relevant KPIs to inform decision-making. You will leverage analytics tools and work closely with stakeholders to evaluate the impact of media campaigns across traditional and digital platforms.

Your responsibilities

  • Analyze global media investments across traditional and digital channels to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark media investment strategies against key Reckitt competitors.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve media efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure alignment on media KPIs and performance benchmarks.
  • Partner with I&A to connect media performance with consumer/category trends.
  • Partner with IT&D to develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track media spend, performance, and outcomes.
  • Partner with procurement and finance teams to ensure transparency and accountability in media buying.
  • Monitor market trends, emerging platforms, and innovation opportunities within the media landscape.
  • Collaborate with agencies/internal media buying teams to ensure accurate reporting and alignment with contractual agreements.
  • Partner with IMEx to support in post-campaign evaluations, codify learnings and recommend best practices for future investments.

The experience we're looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in media analytics, investment analysis, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with media planning and buying processes across traditional and digital channels and strong understanding of performance metrics.
  • Ability to connect media performance to broader business objectives and recommend actionable strategies.
  • Experience with benchmarking and trend analysis in the media landscape.
  • Experience collaborating with external partners, including media agencies and technology providers.
  • Ability to present complex data and recommendations clearly and concisely to senior leadership.
  • High level of proficiency communicating in English. Other languages is a plus.
