Internship Investment Analyst

Pride Capital Partners is an investment company that partners with software & IT companies. We specialize in providing tailored equity and debt solutions to fuel growth, support (add-on) acquisitions, and facilitate buy-out transactions.

We are looking for an ambitious (fulltime) intern who would like to join us in Amsterdam and help grow our business activities in the Benelux region.

What you will do

• Conduct market research and identify promising software & IT companies
• Analyze financial statements and prepare financial models
• Create investment proposals for internal approval meetings
• Prepare the monthly and quarterly reporting for portfolio companies
• Support the team with organizing external events

What you offer

• You are enrolled in a university program in business administration, economics, econometrics, or a related field
• You are either in possession of a bachelor's degree or in the final stages of completing one
• Basic knowledge of financial modeling and presentation preparation
• Strong interest in technology companies and the investment landscape
• Proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn
• Fluency in English and Dutch is required
