About the role:

Are you ready to lead and drive Commercial Excellence programs across global markets? As the Commercial Excellence Deployment Director, you will be at the forefront of rolling out strategic initiatives that enhance our commercial capabilities. You'll collaborate closely with the Commercial Excellence team, including the Portfolio Lead, RGM Lead, KAM Excellence Lead, and Trade Terms Lead, to ensure smooth execution and alignment with our overall strategy across all our different market units.

As part of our global strategy and transformation team, you will spearhead the identification and tracking of the business impact over the next 3 years for all our Commercial excellence initiatives, ranging from Portfolio simplification, Pricing and Promotion effectiveness, Trade Terms, Perfect Stores, Distribution of our Hero products, and KAM excellence.

Your role will involve developing detailed project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and providing training and support to local teams. You'll monitor the effectiveness of deployed programs and drive continuous improvement, leveraging digital tools and analytics to optimize our commercial strategies.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Lead the deployment of commercial excellence initiatives across markets, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy and seamless integration with the efforts of the Portfolio Lead, RGM Lead, KAM Excellence Lead, Perfect Store Lead, and Trade Terms Lead.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage the rollout of commercial programs, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the deployment process.
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for the deployment of commercial excellence initiatives, tracking progress and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Facilitate training and support for local teams to ensure successful adoption and execution of commercial excellence programs, leveraging insights from the KAM Excellence and Trade Terms leads.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of deployed programs, providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement to the Commercial Excellence team.
  • Drive the use of digital tools and analytics to enhance the deployment process, ensuring data-driven decision-making and optimization of commercial strategies.
  • Ensure that all deployment activities are aligned with the broader business objectives and market execution plans, collaborating closely with the Commercial Excellence team members, as well as the global HR team (to ensure alignment with the broader change agenda).

  • Language: Fluency in English is required
