The Human Resources team is responsible for providing coaching and support that enable the business to effectively deliver their plans in achievement of both business and Human Resources strategies. Human Resources delivers advice and support to managers and employees on all Human Resources related areas including performance management, career planning, leadership development and coaching, talent acquisition, total rewards and compensation and local and global policies and legislation.

As an intern, you will: 

  • Join an enthusiastic and driven Benelux Human Resources team where you can contribute on local and Benelux level
  • Join several meetings with the Human Resources business partners, both local meetings and sometimes regional meetings,
  • Assist in HR administration
  • Contribute to implementation of (new) Human Resources related policies,
  • Assist in the on- and off-boarding of colleagues,
  • Join in the Fun Force committee and assist in coordinating social events,
  • Assist colleagues with Human Resources related questions.
  • Depending on your interest, we can tailor your learning path

Required Qualifications

  • You’re a recent graduate or a college student enrolled in an accredited program in Business Administration and/or Human Resources/Organizational Psychology. 
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • You will deal with confidential information. 
  • You’re interested in the future of Analytics and embrace technology. 
  • You enjoy working in a dynamic, international and fast paced environment
  • You’re curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do.
