The Role

The Business Development Manager will be critical in identifying and entering new markets, securing initial deals, and managing ongoing customer relationships. This role involves executing market-specific entry strategies aligning commercial efforts with DeltaQuad's capabilities. The successful candidate will engage with key stakeholders and ensure the successful execution of projects to drive sustainable business growth.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities and develop entry strategies for new markets
  • Secure initial deals and manage key customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Manage procurement projects, ensuring competitive and compliant proposals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project requirements are met and customer expectations are exceeded
  • Drive the company’s expansion into new regions and industries, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
  • Act as the voice of the customer within DeltaQuad, translating customer feedback into actionable insights for product and service improvement

What You Bring

  • Knowledge of the Defense market
  • Skills in communication and stakeholder management
  • Strategic thinking with a proven track record in market analysis and business development
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (internal and external), with the ability to represent customer interests internally

Positional and Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, particularly in the defense, aerospace, or technology sectors
  • Demonstrated experience in understanding regulatory environments
  • Experience working with technical products or people
