About the Job

In this internship, you will be part of the Operations and Supply Chain business/category. Our purpose is to support external factories and Sales Units, ensuring a good operation flow and proposing improvements to processes. During this internship, you will collaborate with various teams and coordinate/support on multiple initiatives. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate artwork process from start to completion with the relevant stakeholders
  • Build and track phase-in phase-out scenarios for project launches
  • Maintain tools for optimal cross-functional alignment
  • Communicate with sales units to ensure master data is correct in the system

About you

As an Activity & Projects Management Intern, communication and analytical skills will be second nature to you. You can manage Excel and PowerBI tools and have a solution-oriented mindset. On top of that? You’re a proactive, open, and independent individual who’s always looking for opportunities to learn and develop.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

  • Enrolled as a Masters student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university)
  • Ideally available to start in June for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week
  • You are fluent in English - spoken and written
  • You are able to work from our Zoetermeer and Hoofddorp office, at least 3 days per week
  • Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.
