As Virtuagym keeps on growing, we are now looking for a new face to complement our Recruitment Team. As a Recruitment Intern, you will be supporting our Recruitment team in managing the end-to-end recruitment processes, while ensuring a smooth candidate experience. This is a great opportunity to learn and develop new skills, where you will be coached by the Team lead of Talent Acquisition.

What this role looks like

As a Recruitment Intern, you will support the Recruitment team in the end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments, such as Sales & Client Success. This includes job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Additionally, you will be focusing on employer branding, advertising our jobs, and company culture.

Some of your key tasks as Recruitment Intern

• Publishing jobs in our ATS and managing the candidate pipelines: conducting video screenings, scheduling interviews, and supporting in the offer stage;
• Working closely with the hiring managers, keeping them aligned about the progress of the recruitment process;
• Publishing our jobs on different job boards;
• Managing the recruitment inbox;
• Support the Recruitment team in sourcing activities to build candidate pipelines;
• Participate in recruitment-related projects, including employer branding initiatives and many more!

Job Requirements

What you will bring to the Recruitment team

• You are a Bachelor or Masters student in your 3rd or 4th year at an EU university;
• You are a communicative and creative individual with a willingness to take initiative;
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to define priorities under pressure;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Dutch would be a plus;
• Available for a 5/6 month internship, working 40 hours per week (32 hours can be discussed).
