How do you make our customers happy?

At bol. we ship about 70 million (yes, you read that right!) packages per year from our physical warehouses, located in Waalwijk, Nieuwegein, and Nijmegen. In order to get those packages out of the warehouse in the fastest way possible, we pick and pack all the orders in the most efficient way to hand them over to our carriers and enable on-time delivery to our customers. We do this by continuously optimizing our order picking and order packing technology. That is what Customer Order Fulfilment is about: keeping our warehouses running at all times so that we can pick, pack, and hand over all packages to our carriers to meet our customers’ expectations in the most efficient way, for Bol and the planet.
