To make sure things run smoothly, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Content Coordinator to join our international team. In this role, you'll ensure structured workflows in a fast-paced and creative environment. This is your chance to dive into a variety of exciting tasks and to put your organisational talent into practice! 😊

Tricks of the trade

  • Planning master: manage daily operations of photographers and editors, divide and prioritize workload, plan product and recipe photos in all countries
  • Project coordination: work on realisation of creative projects, run multiple projects simultaneously
  • Collaboration: collaborate with Retouchers, Photographers, Business Managers and external partners to deliver high-quality content on time
  • Optimisation: improve content processes to boost our efficiency and output
  • Configuration: ensure all images are correctly configured in our systems
  • Brainstorm: join brainstorms with the creative team to improve our content

Your superpowers

  • BSc. degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in planning and/or project management
  • Excellent project management skills, ‘organised’ is your middle name
  • Can-do mentality, you tackle challenges with energy and enthuse others in a natural way
  • Excellent English communication skills, verbally and written
  • Based in the Netherlands to be able to work from our Creative Hub and office in Amsterdam
