What are you going to do

The Global Mobility Advisor will be responsible for development and execution of the assignment processes from and to the Netherlands within the international framework of Assignment Policies, processes and systems. This Advisor will also provide support and serve as a resource/liaison between the Business, People Services, employees and third-party vendors to facilitate all facets of the end-to-end processes related to all type of international assignments from and to the Netherlands.

  • Partner with the Business and HRBP’s to develop and execute assignment processes from and to the Netherlands in close collaboration with HR, payroll and the International Mobility Manager who you will report to;
  • Provide Mobility Tax and payroll advice on complex compliance issues and manage tax equalizations;
  • Provide end-to-end support for BAM’s international mobility processes. Complete a variety of transactions and enter data into our international mobility system and third-party databases to facilitate the employee assignment process from start to finish. Monitor activity to ensure timely progression and support through the assignment life cycle, which will include assistance with relocation, immigration, taxation and compliance requirements as needed;
  • Serve as contact and liaison between the Business, People Services, employees and third-party vendors to facilitate all facets of the end-to-end processes related to all type of international assignments from and to Netherlands, escalate non-routine matters and/or route to appropriate individuals for resolution. Provide accurate and timely guidance to enable employees and leaders to make sound decisions for international mobility situations;
  • Further develop, and maintain secure and confidential files to include required documents. Ensure compliance through proper file structure, timely maintenance, and approved staging and disposition practices of assignment files. Update logs to accurately track activities relating to employee assignments. Develop international mobility policies, processes and procedures in line with market demands for multiple countries with third party vendors and ensure current documents are posted to employee portal;
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and collaborate effectively with others to ensure the seamless and timely execution of activities to support international mobility initiatives.

The International Mobility Team ensures to get the right person at the right place through international exchange of staff between BAM Divisions and projects. We are looking for an experienced Global Mobility Advisor to enhance our international projects and ensure smooth international assignments.

  • A salary between € 5.990,- and € 7.490,- gross per month, depending on your knowledge and experience. This is based on a 40-hour working week and excludes 8% holiday pay;

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Global Mobility Advisor to support international assignments and ensure smooth transitions for employees. In this role, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, provide expert advice on mobility tax and payroll, and drive process improvements in a dynamic, project-driven environment.

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Tax, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in International Mobility;
  • Strong knowledge of Compensation & Benefits, mobility tax, and payroll, combined with experience in HR systems like SAP or SuccessFactors;
  • Excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio);
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and fluency in English (Dutch is a plus), with the ability to handle sensitive information professionally;
  • A motivated self-starter who takes ownership, adapts to change, and applies critical thinking to solve complex challenges.
