About this job

We are currently looking for an HR Advisor to join the team in Delft.

We are seeking an experienced and driven HR Advisor to join our team and play a pivotal role in transforming our HR operations. In this role, you will focus on enhancing efficiency, setting up robust processes and procedures, and serving as the main point of contact for managers and the Management Team (MT).

You will collaborate closely with another HR Advisor who is dedicated to talent development and learning initiatives, and a HR officer responsible for the administration allowing you to focus on operational efficiency and strategic HR improvements.

Main responsibilities

As an HR Advisor at S[&]T, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Your main responsibilities will relate to:

  • HR Operations: Design, implement, and optimize HR processes and procedures to achieve operational excellence
  • Advise the Management Team: Provide strategic advice to improve policies and operational efficiency, aligning HR strategies with business goals
  • Employee Relations: Conduct discussions with employees and ensure compliance with legislation and internal policies
  • Stay Legally Informed: Monitor and act on changes in labour legislation, regulations, and subsidies
  • Sick Leave & Vitality Management: Oversee occupational health, sick leave policies, and initiatives to enhance employee well-being
  • Establish the Works Council (OR): Lead efforts to set up a functional Works Council, engaging with employees and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in an HR advisory or managerial role
  • Proficiency in HRM software and strong knowledge of Dutch labour law and social security
  • Exceptional communication abilities and confidence in interacting at all levels
  • Organized, accurate, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Trustworthy, with the ability to handle confidential information
  • Self-motivated team player with a customer-focused, professional attitude
  • Comfortable working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Preferably, experience in an international company
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
