As a Junior Brand Manager, you are responsible for developing and executing brand strategies and marketing campaigns to increase the visibility of our brand. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging and have the following responsibilities:

  • developing and executing campaigns: create and implement marketing campaigns for consumers, retail partners, and healthcare professionals, monitor and report on campaigns performance;
  • managing digital strategy: support the brand's online presence (social media, website, email marketing) and optimize digital campaigns (SEA, social ads);
  • research and analytics: conduct market research, analyze trends, and translate competitor analysis into actionable insights;
  • activities for consumers, retail, and healthcare professionals: support the development of promotional materials, events, and POs materials;
  • product management: responsible for the product assortment and brand, including packaging, pricing lists, and product communication;
  • project management: plan and coordinate projects within deadlines and budgets, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.

As Junior Brand Manager you will report to the Marketing Manager Local Brands.

What we are looking for in our Junior Brand Manager?

  • at least 4-5 years of experience in marketing or branding (internship experience is welcome);
  • bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • creative, structured, digitally savvy, and execution-oriented;
  • experience with social media, SEA/SEO, and content creation is a plus;
  • strong analytics and communication skills;
  • fluent in Dutch and English.
