The Tech Learning and Development team is responsible for and involved in continuously building and raising the IT and Software Skills of the Technology Organization at Exact. We do that by fostering a culture of continuous learning, ensuring the right framework, tools, and resources are provided to our Technology Professionals.
Role Overview: The Learning & Development specialist is a critical role responsible for designing, developing, and delivering Software learning and development modules and programs to enhance the Technology Organisation workforce skills and competencies. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous learning while ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives. The role will also oversee the enhancement of knowledge management, reuse solutions, and driving technology adoption. You will be responsible for:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive capability development framework, content, practices, and processes aligned with the organization’s goals. Foster a culture of continuous learning, driving alignment with the Technology landscape of Exact.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Technical Professional learning initiatives to build a robust pipeline of software specialists & engineers. Ensure these programs address critical competencies and align with CTO organisation strategic objectives.
- Personally deliver a few technical learning sessions in any Technology stack while ensuring to organize the sessions for others using internal and external expertise.
- Align and partner with the Learning Initiatives being initiated and executed by the rest of the organisation in other departments and at Exact Level.
- Enhance and manage existing knowledge management systems while implementing new solutions to improve knowledge sharing, collaboration, and operational efficiency. This includes maintaining and updating the Learning Center curriculum, Workspace, and Learning Center webspace of the Technology Organisation.
- Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of technical capability development programs on individuals and at the overall CTO organisation.
- Collaborate with HR, L&D, operations, product, Corp IT teams to ensure alignment and partnership.
- Interface with external experts and institutions as required to incorporate learning, assessment & knowledge management solutions.
- End-to-End Project Management: Lead the full lifecycle of learning initiatives, from needs assessment and solution design to development, implementation, and evaluation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Instructional design: Design, Develop, Deliver and Collaborate with concerned specialists for learning content preparation.
- Curriculum Management, ensuring consistency with global standards and evolving business needs.

- Software Technologies: Well abreast and deep familiarity with Software & Information Technology. Its landscape, current trends. Preferably in Microsoft Technologies Stack. Familiarity with Docebo as a Learning Management system would be an advantage.
- Strategic Thinker: Proven experience in developing and executing long-term plans, frameworks aligned with business objectives.
- Innovation: Strong ability to implement innovative solutions in learning, development, and knowledge management practices.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions and regions.

- Experience: Learning and Development roles preferably in Technology Sector.
Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience with a minimum of 5 years focused on Technology Skills learning and development.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing learning and development programs.
- Extensive experience in developing and managing knowledge management solutions.
- Strong project management.
