About this role:

As Global CRM Lead you are part of one of the “Retention Marketing” teams which has a clear focus to improve customer order frequency. These improvements are based on clear data-insights developed in cooperation with our data and analytics team. Therefore, the people in the team have different backgrounds and roles to achieve common goals (and thereby opportunities to learn from your peers). By doing so you have a big contribution to JET.com's growth strategy.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

Develop and Implement NBA Strategies:

  • Work with data science and marketing automation teams to define and implement NBA-driven customer journeys.
  • Use behavioural and transactional data to optimize personalized campaign triggers.
  • Align NBA strategies with overall business and CRM objectives.

Propensity & Personalization Optimization:

  • Use AI models to identify customers with high likelihood to convert and tailor offers accordingly.
  • Apply price sensitivity data to optimize discounts/incentives and reduce costs.

Campaign Performance & Experimentation:

  • Partner with data teams to build dashboards and measure NBA-driven campaign success.
  • Continuously A/B test NBA interventions and refine strategies to improve efficiency.

What will you bring to the table?

  • Expertise in email, push, and in-app marketing concepts and metrics
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (Braze, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Hands-on experience in Next Best Action (NBA), predictive modeling, or AI-driven CRM.
  • Familiarity with SQL, AI-driven segmentation, propensity modeling, and automation tools.
  • A solid understanding of data and segmentation methodologies plus A/B testing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluency in English), especially to communicate complex analysis
