Your Impact in this role

At FeedbackFruits, marketing is directly tied to revenue impact. As our Growth Marketing Manager for Acquisition & Demand, you'll scale high-intent SQL generation and fuel pipeline growth, focusing on:

  • Top-of-funnel growth and paid media optimization
  • Organic demand generation strategies
  • Marketing efficiency improvements
  • Driving international expansion through data-informed acquisition

You'll partner with our Growth Marketing Manager ABM, who focuses on SQL nurturing and pipeline acceleration, creating a powerful marketing engine that connects educators with solutions that transform learning.

🎯 About the job:

Strategic Planning: Building the Growth Engine (35%)

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel acquisition strategy to drive SQLs efficiently
  • Define targeting strategies using intent data and behavioral signals
  • Collaborate with Growth Marketing Manager ABM, Sales & RevOps for seamless SQL handoff
  • Explore new growth channels and demand capture innovations

Execution: Driving SQLs at Scale & Efficiency (50%)

  • Own paid media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting) to acquire SQLs at a scalable CAC
  • Guide SEO & inbound content strategies to generate high-intent organic leads
  • Optimize website conversion paths, landing pages, and lead forms in HubSpot & Webflow
  • Work with external Webflow freelancers when needed for CRO experiments

Reporting & Optimization: Ensuring Revenue-Driven Growth (15%)

  • Track key metrics (SQL volume, CAC efficiency, cost per SQL) to optimize pipeline impact
  • Run A/B tests across channels to improve conversion rates
  • Provide insights to scale SQLs while optimizing acquisition costs

Your experience and skills:

You'll thrive in this role if you bring a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to growth marketing. We're looking for:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing
  • Proven ability to drive SQLs & revenue impact through digital channels
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and conversion optimization
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in marketing automation and attribution modeling
  • Ability to set up A/B tests and optimize conversion elements
  • Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
  • Experimentation mindset – always testing and improving efficiency
