Job Description:

HIKMICRO is now looking for a Return Merchandise Authorization Administration Intern for the Technical Support Team. RMA Administration Intern will work closely with technical support specialists, after-sales service team and warehouse team. This position is mainly responsible for dealing with return material authorization-related issues and is the main solver of handling return and exchange of products.

• Duration: At least 4 months
• Work location: Hoofddorp, NL

Responsibilities:

• Daily maintenance of RMA email, including answering customers’ questions, offering professional and actionable solutions, and assigning the return and repair work to the relevant parties.
• Keep track of incoming and outgoing RMA Warehouse stocks, and perform regular inventory upkeep.
• Assist the Technical Support Team in any other ad hoc responsibilities.

Your Profile:

• You will be enrolled in a Dutch higher education institution for the entire duration of the internship.
• You have an educational background in engineering, business administration, or other related fields.
• You are available for at least 4 months for 3 to 5 days per week.
• You have excellent communication, analysis, problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail.
• You are proficient in Microsoft office, Outlook, SAP, and other standard computer software.
• You have customer service experience and/or strong interest to pursue it.
• You are fluent in English. Additional fluency in Chinese is preferred.
