As part of ABN AMRO Asset Based Finance (ABF), we are committed to driving innovation within our asset-based finance business. Our Software Engineering department comprises 14 agile scrum teams tasked with developing and maintaining cutting-edge applications. We are currently seeking a skilled IT Engineer to join our team and take on the challenge of managing and optimizing our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE application. Your job

As an IT Engineer, you will be a vital part of the DevOps team responsible for the implementation and management of the MS Dynamics 365 CE application at ABF. Your role includes ensuring the application runs smoothly, resolving functional incidents, and effectively communicating technical issues to your colleagues. You will collaborate closely with your team to understand and support functional processes and translate this in technical development, seeking opportunities to improve both the application and surrounding business processes. Your expertise in Azure, C# and JavaScript will be essential in maintaining and advancing the application's technical capabilities.

Your profile

We are seeking an enthusiastic team player who possesses a proactive attitude and excels in communication, both in Dutch and English. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE customization: You should have a deep understanding of customizing Dynamics 365 CE to meet specific business needs, along with proficiency in working with plugins and extending the platform's capabilities.
• Strong technical skills: Expertise in C#, JavaScript, and a solid understanding of web service protocols such as SOAP, JSON, and XML are essential. Additionally, experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines is crucial for managing and deploying code efficiently.
• Experience in agile environments: Familiarity with working in Scrum teams and applying DevOps practices to enhance collaboration and streamline development processes is highly valued.
• Certification: A Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification is required, demonstrating your foundational knowledge of Azure services and solutions.

• Excellent communication skills: You should be able to articulate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams. Strong communication skills in English.

• Collaborative mindset: As a true team player, you must be able to work effectively within a team environment, contributing to a positive and productive work atmosphere.
