What You’ll Do

  • Lead Global Supply Reviews leading to the creation and implementation of a supply strategy
  • Review mid- and long-term supply and demand (1-5yrs) to supply growth to meet market demands and identify optimization opportunities
  • Study the supply network to identify constraints & under-utilizations, propose expansion needs, product localization & transfers
  • Support global FG shortages and the creation and development of supporting tools

What Makes You a Good Fit

  • 5-8 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably demand/supply planning, operations or product/technology management
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant field, preferably supply chain management, operations research, (industrial) engineering, or applied mathematics
  • Strong communication and change management skills
  • Excellent team collaboration, organization, and time management
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience with SAP, MS Office, APO DP/SNP
  • Proficient in data analytics and related tools
