About this Position

What you’ll do

  • Develop an accurate sales forecast by collaborating with cross-functional teams to review historical data, evaluate promotional activities, and understand market trends.
  • Work in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing to understand demand forecast drivers, support launches, relaunches, and delistings.
  • Maintain healthy inventory levels and manage obsolete stock.
  • Keep daily contact with the Supply Planning team regarding product availability and production priorities.
  • Continuously improve Supply Chain KPI’s: Forecast Accuracy and Bias, Inventories, SLOP’s, Service Level.
  • Be part of the Henkel Demand Planning community, learn and exchange best practices across countries.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Management, Economics, or related.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Demand Planning is strongly preferred.
  • Team player, goal-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, and a collaborative attitude.
  • Analytical mindset and experience managing large data sets.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP, APO and PowerBi is a plus.
  • Fluent in English. French or Dutch is a plus.
  • Ready to become a Henkelaner from May 2025.
