Think of this position as the fuel in the engine that keeps our company running. You’ll be at the heart of operations, ensuring our service engineers are in the right place at the right time, and that logistics flow smoothly—no matter how fast-paced things get. What you’ll do:

• Service Engineer Scheduling: Orchestrate daily schedules and deployment for our service engineers, making sure they’re always at the right location.

• 3PL Outbound Logistics: Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to resolve outbound shipment issues swiftly and effectively.

• Stock Level Management: Maintain accurate, real-time stock levels in local warehouses, especially spare parts for the service engineers. You’ll use both our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP.

• Field Issue Tracking: Keep tabs on field issues, analyze patterns, and suggest improvements to boost efficiency and reduce recurring problems.

• Reporting & Insights: Regularly present performance indicators, highlighting wins and areas for improvement in logistics and operations.

About you:

• 1+ year experience in a related field (logistics, operations, supply chain)

• Bachelor’s in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (big plus)

• Fluent in English

• Dutch at minimal B2 level - to coordinate with Dutch service engineers

• You’re organized - You love a good spreadsheet and get excited about well-labeled boxes.

• You’ve got an eye for detail - No detail is too small for you to notice.

• Adaptable - You thrive in a fast pace environment, when every day is a new puzzle to solve.
