Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Improvement Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. In this position, you will be a part of the management team of our factory in Elst and you will help drive improvement within the factory. You will drive and support different ideas for improvement as a leader or member of multifunctional teams. You will also analyze daily data and define standards for production to eliminate losses.

In brief, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing PDCA and SDCA plans
• Defining the standards for centerlining, SMED, AM, 5s and yield optimization (SOP)
• Periodic verification of compliance with established standards
• Making annual plans for process improvement
• Analyzing daily and shift line data to identify and prioritize loss elimination opportunities
• Coordinating implementation of the management system and in general all lean manufacturing efforts of the site
• Supporting Site Manager to promote a Continuous improvement culture
• Managing, leading, and motivating the CI team to ensure they reach their full potential in a continuous improvement environment.
• Ensuring that safety, quality, cost, and productivity are continuously reached and improved, following the company culture and standards.

Qualifications

Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technical Engineering, Food Technology or Equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in project management in the food industry at different levels
• Fluency in Dutch and English
