Procurement Financial Analyst

As the Controlling Analyst for Procurement department, you will serve as a Business Partner supporting the Procurement team by providing financial insights on operational matters, particularly impact on cost prices and performance management. You will also be responsible for the controlling of the energy portfolio. Are you naturally collaborative?

What we ask

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance department, preferably within an FMCG company.
• Proficiency in SAP is preferred, along with advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• You possess strong analytical thinking, a supply chain and business-driven mindset, and excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills. You are a self-starter capable of initiating improvement projects with minimal supervision.
• Effective communication and proficiency in English are essential.

Vacancy description

• Control the procurement budget (including overhead, raw material, energy). Proactively provide insightful analysis and recommendations to the business team.
• Ensure strong controls over price forecasting for raw materials and packaging materials. Lead the quarterly/bi-annual cost price cycle and be the contact person for commercial control.
• Ensure spending stays within the approved budget and complies with internal and local regulations.
• Prepare financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, monthly closings, and audit and tax reporting related to procurement spend.
• Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain team to drive efficiency, and work with the Operations Excellence team to validate and consolidate savings initiatives.
• Lead the Power BI reports project for all Supply Chain Finance reports.
• Support ad hoc projects as assigned based on business requirements.
