Are you a proactive, hands-on Management Assistant with a knack for thriving in fast-paced environments? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you. We're seeking a dynamic Management Assistant to support the Chief Procurement Officer and his MT.

What you are going to do

• Provide proactive support to the CPO, including mailbox and calendar management, as well as meeting and (occasionally) travel arrangements
• Assess and prioritize incoming requests to optimize the CPO’s time and calendar
• Manage MT agenda, communications and correspondence to ensure timely responses and actions and support mt members agenda’s
• Coordinate meetings and appointments with a high level of customer service and integrity
• Financial matters (orders, invoices, monitoring budget) and collecting information to create reports
• Organizing team events and personal gestures (Love & Sorrow).
• Be a stable and trustworthy go-to person within NN Group, contributing to positive collaboration

• A monthly salary between €2,683 and €3,832, based on a 36-hour work week, excluding the 13th month and holiday allowance

Who you are

• You have experience as a Management Assistant within a publicly listed company (preferred)
• You possess organizational sensitivity, a positive attitude, strong collaboration skills, and empathy
• You can handle a rapidly changing environment and shifting priorities with ease
• You are proficient in Dutch and English at a professional level

You'll work directly with the CPO of Procurement and his MT members. Our Procurement team at NN Group connects Business Units with NN management, finance, risk, and strategy teams.
