Product & UX Designer

Your mission

What You’ll do

• Design seamless user experiences, from concept to delivery, using Figma.
• Conduct user research (qualitative and quantitative) to uncover insights that drive design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs for new feature validation.
• Incorporate motion design and micro-interactions to elevate the overall experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with user needs and technical requirements.
• Be an advocate for the user while balancing business goals and technical constraints.
• Continuously refine and optimize the user experience based on feedback and analytics.

Your profile

What we’re looking for

Experience & Skills:

• 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably for SaaS or digital products.
• Mastery of Figma, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful designs.
• Proficiency in UX research methods, including user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Experience creating motion designs and micro-interactions to enhance usability and engagement.
• Strong understanding of design principles and the ability to simplify complex problems.
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English
