About Your Role

As our Senior UX/UI Designer, you’ll own the end-to-end design process—from ideation to launch and beyond. Your work will directly shape apps, websites, and digital platforms that engage users and drive meaningful impact.

Job requirements

💡 Your experience and knowledge

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience as a UX/UI designer in a multidisciplinary team (Design, Development, and Testing).
• You possess expertise in guiding client meetings and engaging in conversations about digital product strategy.
• You live in the Netherlands and are willing to work in our office in Eindhoven (hybrid).
• You have a strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and the ability to solve complex design challenges.
• You have excellent control of Figma and love to create micro animations/interactions in prototypes.
• You ideate ideas from a client briefing and translate your concept into a thought-out design.
• You have an eye for detail and functionality whilst designing jaw-dropping digital designs.
• You have a solid understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and best practices in UX design.
• Your baseline is working with wireframes, clickable prototypes, and (atomic) design systems.
• You have experience working in sprints in a multidisciplinary team.
• You have a strong own vision and design opinion.
• You can speak and write Dutch and/or English.
