We’re looking for a Senior UI Designer to join the Showcase team and help bring Backbase’s product vision to life through compelling, high-impact user interfaces. You’ll design polished, purpose-driven experiences that elevate our demos, POCs, and strategic presentations at the highest levels.
As part of our fast-paced and creative Showcase team, you’ll craft stunning interfaces for Proof of Concepts (POCs), RFPs, Forrester evaluations, and Engage events. These are not just product screens — they’re designed moments that demonstrate innovation, spark dialogue, and validate real business potential.
You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team of developers, solution engineers, and strategists to deliver high-fidelity visuals that are tailored, impactful, and fast-moving. Agility is essential — priorities shift quickly, and you’ll often need to pivot across initiatives while keeping a consistent, modern design language.
You’re a designer who thrives in dynamic environments. You think in stories, move quickly, and love collaborating across teams to build designs that are both functional and visually compelling. You know how to bring polish under pressure and aren’t afraid to push creative boundaries.
